The 2DCC High-Temperature Muffle Furnace with maximum 1800 ^oC continuous operating temperature is utilized for the single crystal growth that melting point of crystal higher than 1100 ^oC. The furnace chamber will accept a sample of maximum 6” x 6” x 6”. Programmatic control allows for ±1 ^oC temperature accuracy.
