The Spring 2020 issue of Johns Hopkins Magazine highlights PARADIM’s Bulk Crystal Growth Facility on the Homewood campus. Dubbed “The Magic Shop,” the lab allows researchers to grow single crystals of new materials using techniques like floating zone growth. These capabilities are central to PARADIM’s mission of accelerating the discovery of next-generation electronic materials.
