PARADIM users Dongxue Du, Patrick J. Strohbeen, and Jason K. Kawasaki were honored with the NAMBE 2019 Best Journal Paper Award for their publication in Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B. The study, “Control of Polymorphism during Epitaxial Growth of Hyperferroelectric Candidate LiZnSb on GaSb (111)B,” explores methods to stabilize different crystal structures of LiZnSb during growth, advancing the development of ferroelectric and topological materials.
