PARADIM’s David Muller Receives 2024 Joseph F. Keithley Award

David Muller, Director of the Electron Microscopy facility at PARADIM, has been named the 2024 recipient of the Joseph F. Keithley Award For Advances in Measurement Science. He was honored for pioneering a new generation of electron detectors and phase-sensitive reconstruction algorithms, which have led to major breakthroughs in the resolution and capabilities of electron microscopes. The award recognizes physicists whose innovations in measurement tools have had a broad impact on the physics community.
